The naperville Maserati service was the absolute best! Ted helped me throught the whole experience and he was great. Ted even helped me with a courtesy ride back home and one to pick up my vehicle as well! I'm glad I deal with these guys and no one else.

I called service and s/w Ted . He was so helpful and resourceful with everything. Once I made it in for service the entire team welcomed me with open arms . And Ted was able to help me get a loaner due to an unexpected 4-5 hr update. I am beyond pleased with the Alfa Romeo team
