I recently visited Master Automotive for some routine maintenance and a few repairs on my Porsche and I was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the Wade(owner) friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and even provided a few tips on how to better maintain my vehicle. The quality of the work was outstanding. My car runs smoother than ever, and the repairs were done quickly and efficiently. What really stood out to me was the honesty of the mechanics. They didn't try to upsell unnecessary services or parts, which is something I've experienced at other shops. They were transparent about the costs and kept me informed throughout the process. The shop itself is clean and well-organized, which gave me confidence in their professionalism. The prices were fair, especially considering the high level of service I received. It's clear that Master Automotive values their customers and takes pride in their work. Overall, I highly recommend to anyone in need of car maintenance or repairs. I had a great experience at Wade's family-owned business. I recently bought a used 2011 Porsche Panamera with 100,000 miles and needed some maintenance done. Wade worked with me to prioritize the major things that needed to be fixed, and his prices were very reasonable. I just completed my two-year maintenance here, and Wade identified an issue with my tires, recommending their replacement. Initially hesitant due to the price, I ultimately agreed, and after Wade replaced them and conducted all the necessary maintenance, the difference in my car's performance was remarkable. As someone who's pretty ignorant when it comes to cars, I often feel very anxious getting work done on my car. That being said, my experience with Wade was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Wade is an expert in German cars and he provides amazing service. He really cares for his customers and takes care of your car like it’s his own. His wife is also so helpful, kind and always ready to help and accommodate the customer needs. They’ll greet you with a smile and take care of you until the very end. They are constantly communicating with you about the latest updates on the car repair. They also take care of talking to insurance company and figuring out logistics with them on your behalf. When I read the reviews, I thought it was too good to be true but it really is that good! Trust them with your car- you won’t regret it!

I was very nervous about getting my Porsche worked on- I’ve only ever taken it to the dealership but it needed some body work so I was looking for the best of the best! From the moment Wade answered the phone I knew his shop was perfect. He was polite, thorough and highly accommodating- answering all my questions, taking time to explain the repair process and putting my mind at ease. I had him do the body work and some maintenance (oil change and brakes) the car needed and I am incredibly impressed! You would never know the car had been scratched- it’s as good as new (or better)! Additionally, during my last brake servicing at the dealership I was told the squeaking sound in brakes is normal on Porsches as they were not able to resolve it. Wade has completely fixed the brakes - they are silent as they should be! Thank you to Wade and his team- you are incredible- I will be back for all my Porsche services!!
