Me and my family have been coming to this shop for many many years , Glenn the owner is the best! He is very good at what he does and all the mechanics here do an excellent job. The service is quick and accurate. Prices are affordable.Highly recommend if you need a local mechanic.

I love this mechanic shop. The owner very friendly. I never had an issue at this shop. I’ve been coming here for 3-4 years now and I’ve always been treated like family. I’d recommend everyone to come here and get their cars done here.

Mastercraft Auto Body & Repairs is the most superior, diligent, reliable, trustworthy and extraordinary mechanic shop I have ever dealt with and I can be very anal! Although the owner still remains professional.which I love because you know that saying where the customer is always right? It truly is with Mastercraft Autobody & Repairs The reception Lisa is very informative and polite. The shop is clean. Your car is returned cleaned and the owner is courteous. Not to mention the work is diligent always done to perfection. I have never had service done to my car and had to return it if he tell you, that’s the problem then that is the problem and it’s fixed. With no later Problems. That’s what I love. Not to mention, I have all high-end cars. He’s worked on my 740 LI 10 years ago. He’s worked on my BMW X5 years ago now he’s working on my GLS 450 my S 500 and my BMW 740 LI so if you don’t want to take your car to the dealer, he is your guy And when I say your guy, I’m talking about Glenn the owner he is the best!!! He changed my motor amount my control arms locks on my doors, sand modules I even referred my aunt to him. She had her AC done over the summer. He services our entire family. Like I said, I’m very anal and I don’t trust nobody with my cars but the dealer and Mastercraft Auto Body & Repair! We all know why we go to the dealer? Well, Mastercraft is a dealer as well. Trust in Mastercraft you can’t go wrong!! BEST MECHANIC SHOP IN QUEENS.💜💜
