Mastercraft Motors

I was trying to change my bad AAA battery. They confirmed that they have a battery for my pickup truck via phone. So I came there 30 min before they closed to change a battery (under warranty). I removed my battery from my pickup truck and brought it to the office. 5 min later employee showed up and told me that my battery is not under the warranty anymore because I'm not allowed to remove it from my car. I said "I'm sorry I didn't know that, I can put it back and you can take it then." He said that in this case he need 1-1.5 hours to check the battery ( they closed in 20 min). Previous mechanic shop diagnosed my battery within 5 min and confirmed that it is bad (they didn't have a battery for my model in stock). AutoZone checked my battery within 10 min. But that employee of the MasterCraft Motors looked like he doesn't care at all and wants to get rid of me as soon as possible.

Ok, I must say , this is the best help I have ever recieved on the road a s a traveling couple in our rv. And weve had a few rd road hazards along the way over the last 8 years. So we broke down and had to be towed from a place 28 miles south to mastercraft motors so they could acomidate my 34foot rv. The tow truck driver that worked for mastercraft notors was named Spencer, he was the sickest tow truck driver ever. Man , he was able to squeeze my 34 ft fleetwood bounder out the tighteat spot and clean exit that did not seem or look doable. Hats off to spencer. Request him if ya can. Next , was master mechanic Joe , he diagnosed my rv in a matter of minutes and was able to replace the engine part, full distributor, and got us back on the road in no time. Then to top off the whole thing the manager Isaiah, was friendly and able to deal with my stressful momenta and still stay on point. Hats off to this whole crew. We are now 200 miles north on the beach all because of them. Thanks from Billy and milly. Mastercraft motors, trustworthy and on it!!!

Our car broke down on a Sunday during a long road trip. With no appointment, Mastercraft had our car fixed and washed by noon on Monday. Isaiah's team was fast, fair, and friendly. Highly recommend.

This shop had my father-in-law's classic Thunderbird for a year after a fire nearly destroyed it. The insurance company was covering all costs, which amounted to thousands and thousands of dollars. When we took delivery of the vehicle, it was not running properly, despite having a new engine. The lights do not work, the blinkers do not work, the choke doesn't work, it idles rough, the timing is off, the hood was forced closed and required two people to open it and will not close properly. And this was all discovered on delivery. We can only guess what else is wrong with the car. The shop took total advantage of an elderly man and his insurance company, and completely botched the job restoring his beloved car.

Excellent customer service, very friendly and makes things easy to do. Would rate this company a 10-star. Have a wonderful body shop also on premises so it makes it easy for you to get things done
