I’ve been a loyal customer for years and have entrusted them with everything from small fixes to major repairs. Mario, in particular, is incredibly knowledgeable and communicative. He always takes the time to thoroughly explain the repairs, why they’re needed, and prioritizes them in a way that helps me manage my budget without feeling overwhelmed. For less urgent repairs, he breaks everything down and helps me plan ahead for future maintenance. The trust I have in Mario and the entire MasterCraft team is unmatched, and that’s the highest compliment I could give any mechanic. Mastercraft took on a project for me that was not a normal service they provide, but was a use of their equipment and skill sets. They gave me a far price, but one that we talked about may not cover the cost and profit of completing the job. THE JOB CAME OUT SPECTACULAR, BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS and achieved the objective perfectly. The time was more than the quote, but Mastercraft stuck to their core values and charged me only what they quoted, even though I offered to cover the difference. It was 10 on customer experience, 10 on job performance and a WOW on finding a vendor that goes above and beyond the scope of the job. I drove my camper van from New Mexico to Santa Barbara for a wedding and the starter died shortly after I arrived. These guys were just SO kind and helpful and real. They got me back on the road in time to get home for work, and for a reasonable price. The van runs great, and Mario is a joy to work with

Took my car in for an oil change and was able to get a AAA promo (not many shops in town accept this so that was great). Staff was really nice, they did a great job and my car is running better than before with all the little adjustments they made. Highly recommend.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Mastercraft Motors. I’m new in town and one is always leery when choosing a new auto shop for the first time. Mario put my mind at ease immediately, making me feel like a true valued customer. He was diligent, extremely professional, trustworthy and took the utmost care of my vehicle while diagnosing the issue. I visited several other mechanics to only get the run around. This was not the case with Mastercraft Motors and finally got to the root of the problem. If you want to work with a shop that does things with integrity and get the job done proficiently, I highly suggest considering Mastercraft Motors for your own auto needs.
