Now after seeing Paul’s reviews, I’m certain it was either due to my race or my baby. There is zero other reason for the unruly responses. None of that behavior was warranted. I should be pressing charges for emotional distress!! Not to mention he threw my estimate paper at me the first visit. It was that bad and that unwarranted. I did nothing to provoke that type of behavior especially he seemed different otp. Just ugly behavior!

A total nightmare!!! I’m glad he didn’t touch my car because of how bad his attitude was. Literally caught me off guard on the phone he sounded nice. But when I showed up with my child his whole demeanor flipped and when I tried to speak he was like an unhinged fuse. Completely uncalled for and unprofessional! Very rude and disrespectful. I would leave 0 star if I could. Horrible experience.

Paul is a very exceptional mechanics. He's honest and knowledgeable about all the parts of the engine that needs to be replaced. I highly recommend this shop for engine services 🙌
