I took my SUV to Matt's for new coils and spark plugs. After the service, I experienced misfires and returned four times, for various treatments, but they still couldn’t figure out the issue. They eventually suggested replacing a cylinder or even the engine, despite my vehicle only having 105,000 miles on it. I decided to get a second opinion elsewhere, where a cracked spark plug was discovered—something Matt's had missed, and quite possibly caused. What’s more disappointing is that Matt didn’t apologize or make any effort to resolve the situation. I would recommend exercising caution if considering this shop for similar services.

We just moved here recently and don’t know many people. We had a major well known issue with our 2019 Ford Expedition that needed fixed. We chose Matt’s Auto Repair based on their previous reviews and their reasonable costs. It’s been almost two weeks since they worked on our vehicle and everything is in tip top shape! Thanks again to Matt and his wife Stacy for the advice and help! I hope we won’t need to utilize their services anytime soon, but we’ll definitely call them first if we do need anything!
