Long time customer of the Riverside facility. Today I popped in with no appointment with my spare "donut" on the car. My regular tire was repaired quickly and everything put back in place. I also appreciated that because I was waiting and it was cold and snowy they car was returned right to the front door so I didn't have to trudge through the parking area. Finally, I often wait for the service and bring my computer. I appreciate the little waiting booths with power for my laptop. And also the bathrooms are always tidy and presentable. Thanks for great service.

Outstanding experience as usual!! I stopped by last week thinking I had either a defective valve or a tire pressure issue. Turns out after a diagnoses it was the seal on the particular pump I was using. Javier took the time for a thorough inspection and did not even charge me for the time as there was no new parts necessary. I have never had a bad experience there!!

I am visiting from upstate NY and had issues with my tires. They took me right in and other issues were found, but not unexpected. Work needed to be done and I felt confident that it would be a safe and smart decision to have all work done that was needed. All staff was kind and helpful. Javier is a gem! So thankful for his patience and kindness.

Amazing experience at this Mavis store, I went with my Dad to get my car checked up and the customer service was beyond amazing. Javier was very helpful throughout the whole process, welcoming us with a kind and comfortable ambiance as it was our first time visiting. Their staff is not only friendly but very highly skilled. Overall amazing experience, will be coming back for sure!
