Mavis Discount Tire

This review is mainly for the customer service. Imria was really helpful on my tire issue. He gave me a good price, he explained the root issue and the service was quick. In general for Mavis tires I would not recommend their tires I had to replace two new ones in the last few months.

This review is about a year late but better late than never. I went to this location since I ordered tires on Amazon and they sent it to this location for installation. The customer service was pleasant and knowledgeable. They told me the estimated wait time and so I went on to walk around. They communicated with me on certain things about my car that would eventually need attention. Which I was appreciative for since as a driver you want your car to be safe to drive. And as a driver there's certain things you may not know that's wearing and tearing and eventually needing to be replaced/fixed. Overall good experience and would return in the future.

Initially I came here to replace two tires on my SUV. I met Tracy, the young woman at the front desk who was most pleasant and very resourceful on teaching me about the type of tire I should purchase. I really appreciated her kindness. When the time came for my car to be serviced, I met Imria. He informed me that I needed to change all the tires on my car since it was all-wheel drive. Though I was reluctant, and it was my first time ever getting this done, he took the time to explain why it was important for me to make this change and why it was also a safer option. I really appreciated his education and information. Overall I had a great experience. I think I have found my new home to purchase tires here in the big nyc. Thanks to the entire team, the wait is long. However you will be guaranteed. Great service. Certainly going to return.

Mavis Discount Tire is an amazing place to go to change tires, breaks, oil change inspection, etc. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. Tim and staff are very friendly and always helpful. They go out of there way to make sure you are very satisfied with the outcome that you are looking for. I would recommend anyone to go this Mavis Discount at 4100 Boston Road for help with there vechicle.

The manger Mr. Tim took patience and time explaining what was happening with my tires and my car, which I really appreciated. I received great service here, I would not go anywhere else to maintain my car and tires! The entire staff was friendly and worked on my car long after closing. They all are hardworking and deserves a raise in pay!
