I want to highlight the exceptional customer service displayed by Romaldo. He addressed my vehicle concerns and went above and beyond to explain additional findings upon assessing my vehicle. Everything was perfectly explained and I was very satisfied that even with additional unexpected services rendered. He was able to complete in a timely manner. Other team members were all very friendly and cordial. I will definitely be returning to this Mavis location! Thank you all!

The people at the store are nice but I have had to replace two tires within the last 5 months that I had bought brand new from this store. First time was within two weeks and was replaced for free (thanks) But now had to go back to Mavis and get another tire that I have to pay for now. Their tire quality sucks.

I live in the neighborhood and this has been my go to place for car issues for the past couple of years. I will say that I value being explained what is wrong with my car. It is a sign of professionalism and skill. As long as they fix the issue and don't overcharge me like a dealership, I am good.
