I usually don’t write reviews, but I usually go to Mavis on Little Neck Parkway and their service is very terrible. So, this time I decided to come to this Mavis, which is also close to my house. The staff, particularly Bobby, is amazing. He was super helpful and a nice guy. I recommend this place to everyone.

Came in today to replace my break pads and get a quote for tires. Bobby was straight forward and gave me a good price for everything. I will definitely be back soon to get my tires done. He doesn’t remember me (which is understandable) but he also gave me a great deal on tires for my wife’s car two years prior.

My experience at Mavis - 710 Jericho Turnpike, New Hyde Park, NY was superb. Both front desk employees were knowledgeable, respectful, and willing to educate the client via pricing and breakdown. There were no hidden fees or agenda. As a female I felt utmost comfortable and in the best hands. They did not try to take advantage of the situation via car, bald tires, etc. My tires were absolutely bald with the metal showing (see photos) and now they’re absolutely new! Thank you so much for all your help, it’s very much appreciated!
