Mavis Discount Tire

I cannot say how much I actually appreciate the service and professionalism I received today. I had come in the past to have tires done and this time I really needed to have my brakes changed out. I had in the past sometimes gone to my local dealership where they had the nerve to try to quote me for the front brakes only for $1,600. I very politely declined and said I would see them in a few weeks needless to say I went to Mavis and was quoted substantially less provided timely service and was even given a call to be updated on the status of my vehicle. I trust Mavis and I find that my car is in better hands with them. I'll be sure to stop by again when my Toyota needs a little tune up. A special thank you to Angelo and Rafael who took care of me today.

**BE AWARE ** SCAMMER facility*** Just got tires today 10/1 - The worst experience you can imagine. Walked in and talk to the agent. He came and look at the spec of my tires. Went back and checked their system what’s in stock. He told me he have Pirelli “front” tire in stock for $170 something but the rear tires same brand would have to order from another location. So we agreed on the Pirelli. He told me all would take about 1 hr 30 min. 1 hr 40 min reaches he came back he told me we only have the Pirelli for the back tire but we can get you hankook for the front tire. But if we were to wait they can bring the front tire “Pirelli” from another location again. This already seems off from this point. 45 min passed he said you’re all set. And my car came out with Arroyo tire and they over charged me with the price of Pirelli. All this took almost 3 hr. Is it this how they run their business by practicing fraudulent and scamming customers or is this one guy who has no integrity or any good morality in him. This is truly an act of a scam artist. Very shameful act and dishonesty. So I called the management the day after. They said they will escalate this matter to the regional manager 2 days passed. Have not heard from them. Their customer service is pathetic. I will never give them anymore business ever again and if anyone ask I will tell them DO NOT GO TO THIS FRAUDULENT SCAMMER business.

Angelo and Brad took great care of me and my vehicle. They brought me into the shop and showed me exactly what was wrong with the car. Joe the mechanic, repaired my car correctly and now I'm back on the road safely! Thanks to the Mavis crew for the great service! I'll be back !

Raphael and Angelo were really amazing and helped me work through what would work best for my car and I didn’t feel like u was being sold! Even gave me some great advice & the service was quick ! I will definitely come back to Mavis tire

Ordered my tire that I needed. Replaced front passenger tire because sidewall was bad. Great service. Got me on the road fast. Bradley was very helpful.
