Love the ability to make an appointment. Greeted me in a friendly manner. Gave me an estimated timeframe and took my phone number. When I returned, the car was ready within minutes. Great experience. Didn't realize you can do inspections too. I'll be back.

I called to make an appointment for 4 new tires on a Wednesday and they tell me they would be able to have the tires by the next day. I decide to made the appointment for installation for Friday and took off from work. Friday comes and I drop off my car at 11 AM. They call me at around 12:30 PM and tell me that they don't have my tires. Then they say that they can get the tires in a few hours and that my car would be done by around 5 PM so I say fine. 4 PM rolls around and I get another call from them. Now they are telling me that their van wasn't able to pick up the tires today so I could either pick up my car or leave it there overnight because they should be able to get the tires first thing in the morning. I decide to pick up my car because I didn't want to leave it there overnight. They tell me that they'll call me tomorrow to let me know when the tires are in. So now it is Saturday. They call me at 11 AM and tell me that the tires have arrived. I asked them if I bring my car in now, can they take care of me right away considering they wasted my day yesterday and that I would have to wait there as I did not have a ride to drop off the car. They tell me that they would call me later in the day when it was less busy so I say fine again. Then they call me at 2 PM to come in so I go. When I get there, I speak with the assistant manager to voice my frustration with this whole situation. The manager is also listening as I'm speaking and interrupts saying, "What do you want? What's with the whole show? We sells tires, what do you want from me?". No apology, no assurances, no customer service, just attitude and taking absolutely no blame. I ask him if he stands behind his business and he says, "What business? We just sell tires here. You're not getting any compensation. We can install your tires or give you your keys back." Obviously after a response like that, I took my keys and left. Who would ever want to give business to a person like that? I don't understand why they don't do appointment times, just appointments where you can show up whenever you want so that you can drop off and they can hold your car all day or sit there and wait for hours. I also don't understand why they don't check to make sure that your tires are there when you show up. Then they keep digging their hole bigger and bigger by continuously providing you information that turns out to be false. Overall just a really terrible experience and waste of time.

I had a blowout on the expressway with bad damage to my rim. These guys at the Syosset location were beyond helpful, honest, got me back on the road fast plus did my inspection!!! Could not ask for a better shop!!! They even helped me find a new rim!!! Will be coming back to them and highly recommend them!

I replace my car battery here. And they also help me add tire air. Very fast and professional.

These guys are awsome four tires an alignment and rear brakes and rotors done in two hours with no lingering trouble what so ever, I had to come back a day later originally due to the tire delivery service being held up by inclement weather but what can you do five stars very impressed with this shop the mechanics know what they are doing and the management was very kind and knowledgeable.
