I have to say I don’t post often because is less common I find exceptional companies with really professional workers unfortunately. I do feel the need to share my personal experience I had with the manager (Anil), without hesitation after explaining my car issue, with my permission, of course Anli asked for the keys and drove it around the parking lot before even putting it on a lift, which to me is very rare to find someone who actually wanting to hear The specific noise I was there because of, to help diagnose the issue. Personally to me that shows he really knows what he’s doing and cares!!! I kept hearing a clunking noise for a while now And it turned out two pieces of metal were barely rubbing against each other, making this horrible loud screeching concerning noise, and the result was that the muffler shield needed just a tightening of a bolt. I really appreciate him doing everything he did and didn’t expect a dollar for tightening a bolt. I’m extremely impressed with the unbelievable, mechanical knowledge this gentleman has and his kind and professionalism I revived as a potential customer, I am going to go to him in the future for any work that needs to be done, especially when I decide I need new tires 🛞the moral of my point is you don’t find knowledgeable mechanics and leaders as often anymore unfortunately, by the luck of the draw, I found not only my new service center for when work is needed, but also gains a reputable honest opinion this man is definitely a very good store manager and knows his stuff. Thank you so much for your kindness and from now on I know my vehicle is in good hands and I don’t have to be worried about getting ripped off and not 100%fixing the problem and informing me. I try to seek out quality and honest, real diagnosis not just somebody that is looking for the next $dollar and putting a Band-Aid on the problem until the Band-Aid falls off to get you to come back. Money Isn’t all that businesses need, although don’t get me wrong it definitely plays a major role in the services we get, having the right employees With the right customer service knowledge and an excellent work ethic is more valuable than anything in my book! I look forward to seeing you guys soon! Thank you once again to the two main people I dealt with and that is the sweet young lady at the front desk!

Kurt has taken care of my cars a few times and Ashely is super helpful. These folks take good care of you and super quick. I needed immediate service 2 days before Christmas then again on Valentine’s Day and they got me set!

This was my first time coming here. The gentlemen here are very kind and respectful. They found a huge nail in my tire. I told them that it’s a fairly new tire. They said because the nail is in a dangerous place, that it would be best if I check with my tire warranty. Will definitely be coming here in the future. Thank you guys!!!
