Damien and Ryan were SO kind and helpful! Walked in this evening with an emergency flat situation looking to either patch or replace - the flat was damaged beyond repair, so they walked me through options and pricing with the pros and cons of each. I ended up getting a new set of tires which I was in the market for anyway, and left feeling really great about the customer service and honesty I received. 10/10 recommend!

Best experience. We were able to purchase the tires we wanted and have our car ready for a trip the next day after a quick phone call the morning before. We felt the pricing was fair and having the job done so quickly was amazing but I have to add I will easily remain with Mavis now for the genuine kindness and professionalism shown by Darcy at the Saratoga location.

Came in with a slow leak on my back tire and was taken care of quickly and was given a discount when the very kind lady Darcy at the front end seen my Veteran Vanity Plates. She was very pleasant and helpful as well as the technicians . Will continue to use this service area.

Wonderful service upon entering Mavis with Darcy and Damien. We hit a nail in our tire that was creating a slow leak at 5:00 pm tonight. We called a couple of tire stores and they were either closed or wouldn’t take us in tonight. I drove over to Mavis and walked into the store and was greeted by Darcy and Damien who were friendly and helpful, they took the car right in and plugged the tire. Dawn and Damien made my evening so much easier by being kind and understanding. I will go back to Mavis for other services on my car.

I had two tires full of nails and no tire shop could help me. I was completely terrified with one donut and one tire just about flat. I coasted in to Mavis of Saratoga to a soft spoken, understanding and very knowledgeable Manager named Damien and he got me right in replaced them and I was so relieved. His staff is awesome as well. I would give this shop 10 stars if I could.

Had my new car since September with new tires. Some how I picked up a sharp razor blade and it punched my tire. After getting the tire changed went to Saratoga Mavis the next morning to see it was repairable or if I need a new tire. They were able to repair it and plug the hole and got me on my way in less than an hour. I got a quote for a new tire if I should need to replace the damage tire at a later time. Darcy and Damien were pleasant and professional. We back the next day to get my tire re-torqued as recommended after driving 50 miles on the repaired tire. Damien was there and was asking if everything was OK with the repair and I advised him just here to have the tire retorqued. I was out of there in 10 minutes. Happy with the service received.

Wouldn't think of going anywhere else for anything related to tires. The team is always good with recommendations and competitive on price. (I've done my own homework and validated theirs.) The work is done efficiently, and I never have to go back for follow up. The team is fantastic. Darcy at the desk seems to genuinely care about the experience and is one of the primary reasons that I keep going back.
