Scheduled for a 2pm oil change. I called the morning of to see if I could make that appointment earlier. Rob was very friendly & accommodating and got me in 1st thing that morning. I've been to this shop a few times in the past and every experience has been wonderful! The staff truly take care of their customers. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced here! Service was quick and painless. And despite only being there for a rotation (which is a free service with Mavis), they still cared enough to be concerned about an issue with my brakes. Instead of trying to sell me something I didn't need they simply informed me that I may want to get my brake pressure checked out in the near future. Very impressed with level of customer service at this location.

The guys here were great. I had one of my tires get punctured as I was passing through NY on a road trip and Mavis happened to be a mile and a half away. We called and asked if they could help with patching the tire and they got me right in and took care of everything quickly so that I could get back on the road!

Such a good environment, family friendly. Rob treated me like I was more than a customer. Showed me what was needed himself, gave me good numbers on the price, I felt right at home. He gave me a time estimate and the job was quicker than what he told me. Definitely recommend going here, I know I'm coming back.

I’ve been getting my oil changed at Mavis for years. They are always prompt and go above and beyond to make sure that me, and every other client, are satisfied. The staff is always friendly with a smiles on their faces. I’ll definitely be going back for any services they provide, and will recommend them to my friends.

Went in with a screw in tire. They immediately were able to repair our tire and we're so kind enough to bless us no charge. We truly appreciate it and certainly will be back for a set new tires soon. Rob and his team are very kind and honest.
