Great Customer Service. Great Guidance. Very transparent, brought my new to me preowned vehicle bought from a dealership regarding an issue the dealership refused to address not even 2 weeks after taking home the vehicle and was able to guide me in getting exactly what i needed and nothing more. Would highly recommend coming here. After helping to diagnose the problem, they showed me the parts that were bad and explained why they needed to be replaced. Overall a good experience with prompt responses and fix times.

No one ever looks forward to car maintenance. This experience was as good as can be. I called ahead and had the tires sent in. I dropped my truck the night before, they had it done by the time I needed it including an alignment and inspection. I knew the tires did not meet the warranty mileage so they took their measurements. I got a fantastic discount on an EXPENSIVE tire. The tires, inspection, alignment, disposal and tax came in less than the 4 tires themselves were supposed to be. All the guys were nice but ask for Pete if you have any questions about your wear issues. He really aims to please. ps: Mop the floors!

This shop is incredible. I had a nail in my tire and I called to see if they could help me, I spoke with Peter. They took me right away and fixed it’s no problem. 10/10 recommend!

Brought my car there for an oil change and asked them to do a quick general inspection while they had it on the lift. I was told I needed front brake pads and rear brakes (rotors too) as well as suspension, got a second opinion and the car doesn’t need anything. The pads on the front have another 10,000 miles, rear brakes are new (bought the car in the summer so didn’t know that) and suspension/shocks are completely fine. Just my experience but you be the judge.

Awesome experience here, always get the best advice and service from this Mavis and it genuinely feels like the people that work here care about the customer. They’re not just “out to get your money” like most car service centers and are really quick to provide service. 100% recommend this place for any tire issues!
