Mavis Discount Tire

So many great things to say about Mavis in East Islip! The managers at this location, Jay and Chris truly put their customers first in every way. They make sure you are satisfied and happy when you leave. I will definitely be back for further tire needs in the future.

Chris & Jay were extremely helpful & knowledgeable regarding tires for my Toyota Camry. They price match tires as well. They also took their own time after having closed to go through pricing, other services offered & a willingness to work with the me as a customer. Highly recommended. Decent people.

I took my grandson down to Maxis, in East Islip, January 2025 to have a set of high performance tires put on his Infinity. Jay and Chris had to order them but called us with-in a few days to set up and installation date. Jay in particular is really a pleasure to meet and extremely skilled in the tire business. Also a shout out to Liz in the front office who helps keep things moving smoothly. Nice operation they have there.

I went to the place with my boyfriend because the tire light went on. Chris and the other employee who looked at my car was very helpful, genuine, and gave excellent service. They found the issue with the problem with the tire and took care of it for me. I highly recommend going back to this tire place.

Excellent staff (especially Dexter at the front desk). Courteous and professional, and took care to keep my car clean while working on it. Definitely recommend!!

Excellent friendly service--willing to help with your concerns. They do their best to expedite your visit. I like the fact that the management is out there with the customers, in the garage checking on progress of the work, and willing to come out to your car and look under the hood when the mechanic is busy at the moment with another car repair.

Chris is a very nice person. He changed my tire himself-even though he was the manager. He was answering the phone & dealing with customers. He was able to multitask. He got me out a little under an hour. I’ve used that location before & will continue to do so.
