I had a fantastic experience at Mavis Discount Tire in Islandia! Steve was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain my options and made sure I got the best deal for my needs. The service was quick, efficient, and top-notch. I’ll definitely be coming back for future tire and maintenance needs. Highly recommend this location and working with Steve!

I love coming here. Steve is just the best. Very courteous and always has a smile on his face. They do a wonderful job too. The waiting room is comfortable and I get to watch what I want :)

Absolute worst experience I've ever had at a car shop! Filed complaint on better Business bureau they have 2 stars out of 5 and thousands of complaints in the past year,488 in the past 2 months. Brought my brand new vehicle in for an inspection when I went to pick it up there was a deep scratch on my driver side door right smack in the middle! When I told the manager he asked the service person who worked on it and he just shrugged his shoulder and turned white then he denied it. A lot of lies I had to deal with, first they said there was foam around the metal Bar near the door where it would have been opened, that's a lie there is no bumper of any kind. Then they said you could see everything from the camera; that's a lie you cannot see anything when the car door is open nor can you see a quarter of the parking lot where my car was parked, then the regional manager Elizabeth who was rude from day one and never got back to me for 2 weeks, claimed that my collision guy said that it must have been a disgruntled girlfriend since the scratch looks like the letter g she said they wrote that in an email to her-that was an outright lie because I went to my collision guy and they showed me the email they sent to her and all they sent her was customer came in with scratch done at Mavis and the estimate of $937. I have Elizabeth on recording saying this and proof of it being a lie so I will be taking that to court with me. So she lied to me three times and this is a regional manager of Mavis! I spoke to three collision people and they all said they get cars that were damaged from this Mavis very often in fact one of them is working on one with $13,000 worth of damage right now. Do yourself a favor take pictures of your car a video before you bring it there they are unethical unprofessional and very rude to deal with! I have been bringing my car there for years I just spent $3,500 on it two weeks ago and this is the treatment I get! To Brianna Wessing, I have called for weeks, all I get is lies from Elizabeth who has time to gossip and make up stories about how my collision shop emailed that it was probably a disgruntled girlfriend because scratch looks like a g, I went to collision shop they did not send such an email! and many other lies, camera in parking lot where we saw worker smoking pot in his car, is not pointing to where our car was in any way! Our claim # 941105, this unethical, unprofessional behavior should be addressed. we are distraught over our $40,000 car being destroyed by Mavis, and no accountability! This car is meticulously maintained and garaged, a simple inspection and now $1000 worth of damage, and when fixed will never be the same, because collision shop said it can be fixed, but since not factory paint, will fade! Also, we will be 3 days without a car. OH and there is no such person that works at Mavis to help me, that is fraud, making it look like they actually will be accountable! Unbelievable!

I got a flat tire on my way home for the holidays. I brought my car in to mount two tires. Steve took my car in immediately and offered to take a look at the front wheel that I have been having issues with. Great service and incredibly priced. I would 100% recommend getting your car serviced at this Mavis location.

I went to Mavis yesterday because I needed two new tires and an alignment. The customer service was great. The price was right and I didn't have to wait long. I prefer bringing my car there instead of the dealership.
