Mavis Discount Tire

About a month ago, Krystal told me my rear brakes were absolutely beyond gone, that they were wearing on my rotors and would not pass inspection without being replaced. And yet, still have half life or more. Shop is very unorganized, does not prioritize customer satisfaction or scheduled appointments. When asked to bring in a car that was waiting for 3 hrs, who had an appointment, and who arrived before open, the mechanics stood by a computer in the shop right by a fully open bay, laughing for about ten minutes and still with no sense of urgency to bring the car in. It took them several hours to bring in mine, too, but I passed inspection on time and still will not need rear brakes for awhile.

I took my 2021 Range Rover in for an oil change on a Wed. I did not have an appt and was a little skeptical about taking my car to someplace other than the dealership. Chris greeted me immediately and asked me what I needed, I shared my concerns and he gave me the most honest reply. He explained to me the process and mentioned since I was uncomfortable he would personally work on my vehicle along side his co-worker. 45-60 mins later I was all set… he mentioned my wiper fluid which he filled and a few other minor details. He made sure to tell me to let him know if there are an issues and come back to him in a few weeks which I will!!! Thanks Again Chris for great customer service and taking care of my vehicle. I’ve been hitting the gas ever since!
