Excellent customer service. The manager Jim goes above and beyond to service the customers needs. He explains the needed repairs and costs ahead of time. (No surprises). I feel valued as a customer when I bring my car to this shop. I've seen him treat the other customers the same. Great job.

Went to Mavis Discount 384 Commack Road and hit the jackpot of service! Was immediately welcomed by Nichole and Jim who were a joy to chat with. I went in for a tire change but the amazing team at Mavis took a closer look under the hood and discovered some maintenance I had to take care of. My 99 Camry is running smoother than ever! Jim the manager took the time to let myself get familiarized with my car and shared some very insightful knowledge! I truly appreciate the time and service I received at Mavis. Thank you so much!
