Awesome experience. Got 4 new tires installed and balanced. And a small laundry list of repairs. Tires are quite and feel great and at a great price. These guys treat customers right, Honest!!!

I booked my appointment online for Friday. I received a courtesy call. Would I like to come down a day earlier. I quickly came down right away. My car was done right away 30 mins. Fantastic customer service. I truly appreciate the call and the quick service.

I normally don’t write reviews but this place is outrageously special so I had to. I read the good reviews before I came here for a first year new car inspection, which by the way, usually only takes 15 minutes to change the sticker, and the reviews are all about fast and caring and gentle and all round service. I trusted the review and went there at 10:30am. Was received by a girl with annoying face right after hear the first year inspection. She told me that I have to wait because I have two cars ahead of me. I waited until 1PM and they did three inspections for customers who came after me. At that time I thought they made appointments so I didn’t say anything. 1:30PM my friend came here to pick me up for lunch and the girl give my key to a young man who said will do my car right away. 3:30PM I came back and found out that they still haven’t done it YET! And then I was skipped by another three customers. I asked the girl if those people made appointments and she said yes. Finally, when a Tesla came for inspection and I was skipped again, I couldn’t stand this and asked her why it took a FULL day and I was skipped six times. She said she doesn’t know why. By the way, I am Asian American.

I’m a big fan of this Mavis location. The manager—I believe his name is Rich—is a courteous, all-around nice guy. They do good work (I’ve used them for tire replacements and inspections), and their prices are fair. I can’t imagine going anywhere else!

They took a reservation and couldn't do a simple oil change because the tool was locked in someone’s personal area. Instead of trying to fix the issue or get the simple tool. They had me pick up the car to bring back a different day. Upon getting home the plate below the car was not put on properly and fell off and was dragging. I had to come back to get them to put the plate back on correctly. How did this get out of the shop?

These guys are great I sat down for 2 hours waiting for the inspection but I know it takes time. The other places I went they told me it was 4 hour wait as soon as I walked in. These guys were different, they were very understanding and are very nice. My car works great

I recently went to Mavis in Commack. I had reserved my tires online and made an appointment for installation on line as well. When I first arrived the price was almost $100 more than expected and we couldn’t figure out why. Finally we realized that even though I searched by the size I needed, online kept providing options in a different size. I wanted to order online because there are specific promotions if you order online. Online the instillation fee is discounted, in store it wasn’t. The manager took my phone and tried to place the online order for me. After one failed attempt he said, I can figure out a way to apply this discount manually instead of keeping you waiting trying to figure it out. Both the manager and technician, Kendall were polite, helpful and made the experience pleasant.
