Jamal at this Mavis location was a great help to me. I came in with a tire I already purchased and he got me in and out promptly. He kept me updated throughout the short process, displaying great communication skills. I asked him if I needed to balance all of my tires and get an alignment, he stated he would check and let me know. Instead of just lying to up-charge me, as I’ve experienced in the past at other similar shops, he was truthful and informed me it wouldn’t be necessary yet. Thank you, Jamal, for your honesty and great customer service!

Jamal is the absolute BEST! Him and Kelvin got me a new tire with no hassles at all and all under 15 minutes! I will be coming to Jamal from now on with any car troubles!! 10/10 recommend! The friendliest guys too!

Called Mavis for my tire, spoke to Jamal. Very pleasant in and out in under 30 minutes. Best experience by far from any other tire shop. Stay away from pep boys they will charge you for unnecessary stuff. Go here you won’t be disappointed. Thank You Jamal and staff. We’ll be back next week for wheel alignment.

Jamel, Kelvin and the whole team here were amazing! Noticed my back tire was looking really low when I got to my car after work and didn’t want to drive all the way home on that. They helped me out when I was in a pinch even when they were closing in 20 mins! Fixed the tire quickly and I was on my way home in no time.
