I had a fabulous experience at this location! Everyone was very friendly and helpful towards my situation, I came in with numerous problems but the team took care of my car in a timely manner! Raul, Joseph, and Austin were the two who provided top tier service and I highly recommend inquiring here for auto care!

Excellent Customer Service. I am very lackadaisical when it comes to car maintenance! I called many stores for quotes on ONE run flat tire and a wheel alignment. Angelo gave me the best deal for both! I went in this morning and met Alex who also had excellent customer service. He explained why my tires wear down and how the service I am purchasing would help. They did not try to over sell or over charge me. I’d recommend them to anyone who needs wheel and tire maintenance.

Angelo and his crew do an excellent job. The staff lets you know about any work that might be needed or if anything can wait. The mechanics are skilled and polite and perform quality work. If you want an honest, friendly, and quality job performed use this shop.

I recently visited Mavis Discount Tire for tire replacements. Joseph was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and him and the rest of the staff handled my service with efficiency. He clearly explained what was best for my needs and I felt satisfied with their work when done. The pricing was reasonable and the waiting area was clean and comfortable, I really appreciated the quick turnaround, definitely will be returning/recommending them to friends and family!

Where do i begin? front desk Joseph is the man! Maggie the girl was no help. Luckily Joseph took care of all my auto needs and hooked it up with excellence! he is the man he even dealt with crazy customers while i was waiting with professionalism and helped them out. it was very top tier! i was very impressed by him. the mechanics are the stars as well they made sure my car was pristine. they fixed all my auto problems and went above and beyond. i am impressed and will always return. thanks so much the best auto shop in the bronx !! definitely go to this mavis branch. everyone is very kind and resourceful

Raul, George, and Joe were outstanding . Everyone was very pleasant and helpful they were accommodating to my issues and concerns. The work was done safely and properly ,they ordered the parts, and got them delivered in a reasonable amount of time. As well as they were very courteous and respectful. They are the reason why I continue to come for over 10+ years. They deserve raises and promotions!!!!

Service was quick and efficient. Jose checked me in and made sure i received tge best discount. Ahmad changed my tire and even checked my oil. I am very satisfied with the service I received. ☺️

Everytime I come to this Mavis they take care of me. Raul was super helpful in helping me to figure out the cheapest way to get my car back on the road, and Brian got me out of there fast. I come to them for everything, tires and wheels.
