Mavis Discount Tire

I figured I'd give Mavis another shot to disappoint me yet again. And man, this is by far the best one yet. So I got there around 630pm and asked for 2 of the rear tires to be mounted and balanced and waited around for 2 hours. After 2 hours and a half of waiting, I asked the person at the front desk to see if the car was ready, to which he said yes, and I proceeded to pay for the service. I walked to the car and checked to see how the new tires looked, and of course, they weren't put on. I asked the person why they weren't they put on, to which he replied that the valve stem was leaking air, so the technician decided to repair the valve stem instead of installing the tires... But I asked for a tire replacement. I'm still in disbelief but not surprised by their incompetence by now. Furthermore, upon inspection, I found that one of the tires he supposedly worked on was over-inflated, and there were a ton of scratches on the rims(see pictures). Regrettably, this is unacceptable, but this experience aligns with my previous encounters at Mavis Tire.

Daniel and his crew were really kind and helpful. Brought my car in after a botched tire replacement job at another non Mavis vender and was completely shown what was done wrong by the other vendor. So relieved that Daniel and his crew were able to help explain and fix the issues. Thank everyone & be blessed 🙏🏼

Daniel was fantastic! He got me in right away and quickly assessed the situation. With my demanding, on-call schedule, I really appreciated how efficiently he worked. He even evaluated my tire from a distance to diagnose the issue before taking action, getting me back on the road in record time. Thank you so much for your help this morning, Daniel! Daniel and staff are amazing! They are kind and considerate. They really take care of you. I needed a flat repaired on my car and it was almost 4pm and they took me in. They had a couple of cars ahead of me and I was out a little after 5pm. I will definitely go there again.

Beyond grateful that I have a vehicle service center so close to home. I called in at around 11am for an oil change and other smaller services. They simply told me to 'come by and drop it off' which to me was perfect as I only had this day free. I was met by employees (one of which is named Mercedes, the second, I will have to call tomorrow to get their name as I have a bad memory) and they both welcomed me and assisted me with my needs without hesitation. I was able to drop my vehicle off and the professional technicians took care of my vehicle's maintenance perfectly. I am happy to say that I have come to this store twice before and they are always professional. Last time I came in because my brakes were "squealing" and I was worried about the integrity of the brakes due to my driving style. This service center was the one to install the brakes. They quickly put it on the lift and a professional technician took a look at the vehicle and they even took it on a test drive. They stated that the brakes look clean, as if they were somewhat new, and they did not charge me for the safety check stating 'safety is the top priority' to their values. This store is my go-to for all general maintenance needs. I really appreciate Mercedes (and her associate whose name I will ask for tomorrow and add) for being thorough and friendly! Pick this place!
