I have been filling up my tires here for a month for free. Had a nail in my tire. Finally went in the shop, I had no appointment, Pernell fit me in and had my tire fix in under 30 minutes. Today I had an excellent customer experience at Mavis West Putnam Ave! I visited to have the rear pads and rotors replaced on my vehicle. I was told by a car dealer I needed them. Scott inspected my car and informed me that I DID NOT need pads and rotors. I was thrilled to have received a belated Christmas gift. What a fantastic customer experience. I recently had a great experience at Mavis when I needed help patching a few holes in my tire. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, getting me in quickly despite a busy day. They thoroughly inspected my tire, explained the process, and made sure everything was safely patched up before sending me on my way. The price was very reasonable and the work was done with care and professionalism. I left feeling confident that my tire was good as new. I had a terrific experience with this Mavis location. Even after a problem was discovered after a front brake job, they very quickly rectified the situation. Scott, Doug, and (the other gentleman I forgot his name) were all fantastic and accommodating. This was my second time bringing a vehicle to this location. I can say it is a well-managed shop and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you!
