I came in for a car inspection and was greeted by Mr. Cornelius. He took by hand and performed a 360 inspection. I left there feeling more secured about my car than when I came in. Highly recommend.

This was by far the worst car repair experience I've had. I didn't want to leave a bad review because they were very nice guys, but I am still dealing with mistakes made from the repairs they did here a month later. Today I found out that there is a whole bolt missing from the control arm which is causing thumping. A couple weeks ago I found out there was a different bolt stripped that connects the upper part of the control arm. It took them about two weeks to complete the job in the first place, so I would think it would have been done correctly. I am so extremely exhausted and just feeling defeated over this whole situation. Yes they are very nice guys so I appreciate that but as far as service goes, I would absolutely never go back and never recommend. Attached is a photo of the missing bolt

Cornelius and team were awesome. I came into the shop about a month after getting a replacement tire—since the replacement my car kept turning right. I let them know and they took my car back and made adjustments for free to make up for the initial issue

The manager Cornelius gave excellent customer service. He was very attentive to the need of our requests and made sure we got the correct service based on mileage. The whole team actually has great personality and perfect customer service.

Cornelius and his team did a great job replacing my tire! Very friendly and prompt service. Ordered the correct tire for me and had it delivered overnight and installed in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend!

If I could give this place no stars I would. I had called to see how much they would charge for an oil change on my car, I said the car model and year. The man on the phone said $65, I go to get the oil change stating I was the one who called about the oil change and that the person on the phone stated it was $65. They took my car in and did my oil change and when the person rang up my service, he mentioned it would be $120. I mentioned they told me a different price on the phone, and he said, "Well you should have said something first" and I said I did, but he still proceeded to charge me that amount. Very unprofessional customer service as well. I was not happy with this place it used to be different and better. I would not trust going there again. they took advantage maybe because I'm a female and charged more. The dealership doesn't even charge that amount for an oil change and tire rotation and that's a dealership!
