This whole crew is AMAZING. I’ve bought 2 sets of tires, and with my last set, ended up needing to keep my car there far longer than anyone expected (had to order a replacement rim from the dealer after my other one unknowingly caused a flat tire - not their fault at all). They were so cool and helpful throughout. They’ve earned my wholehearted recommendation.

The service I received was amazing, came in to get my tires done and the staff was very professional especially Gracie. She was very educational and helpful during my visit. Service is quicker than I expected and prices are affordable. Will definitely recommend to others.

Been a Mavis customer at this location for at least 3 sets of tires. Always flawless customer service w their former Manager that left late 2023. Found a nail in my tire recently and even w paperwork stating full warranty that I paid additional money for, apparently since the computer doesn't allow road hazard replacement in a check box, no tire replacement offered and even wanted to charge me for installation. Disappointing I have to find a new spot for tires. You might get a decent deal, don't pay extra for warranty. *Edit* they did end up refunding me for the warranty that I paid extra for
