Mavis Tires & Brakes

Wanted a full set of tires for Ford F-150 pickup. Made appointment online and paid the deposit online. The vehicle was brought in by the driver to have the tires installed. They would not accept payment for the remainder of the charge online or over the phone. I had to drive over an hour and a half and back to make the rest of the payment in person. Why would you accept payment online for part of it but not all of it? I called their corporate customer service to see if they would provide options. They didn’t. Since I called corporate to plead my case, the staff there were cold and rude. I dropped over a grand on a new set of tires and they couldn’t mutter a thank you or sorry you had to drive 3 hours to pay us. Poor customer service and no gratitude for my business.

I came in a few weeks ago for an oil change and brakes, my service was phenomenal. The girl at the front desk, I’m thinking her name was Nicole. She was super friendly and very chatty! The whole staff was very well behaved. And everything was so clean!!

Had my car inspected the other day, the workers were very nice and respectful. The lady up front was nice and talked very politely. GREAT SERVICE

A few month ago, I visited NTB to have my flat tire repaired, and I must say that I am extremely pleased with their service. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and attentive, taking the time to understand my situation and offering a quick solution. The mechanic who handled my car was knowledgeable and efficient, quickly identifying the cause of the flat tire and patching it up in no time. They also inspected the other tires to ensure they were in good condition, which I appreciated. What impressed me the most was their transparency and honesty regarding the repair costs. We had a more than Excellent service experience with this Mavis Tire Store in Forest City, NC. Yesterday, Sunday, September 1st, we had an unexpected back tire blowout while driving on Hwy 74 east. After getting tire changed by triple AAA, and the temporary spare placed on our vehicle, we began to search for our options. We did a google service for tire shops nearby. It was about 3:40pm, when we discovered that there was a Mavis Tires Shop in Forest City on a few miles away open until 5pm on a Sunday. We got there, were greeted and attended to right away. We were given several tire options to consider. We decided on the best solution given the advice that we received. Before we realized it, our two rear tires had been replaced and we were back on the road at 4:22pm. They did an”Excellent Job” especially given our emergency situation. Today, Monday is Labor Day, when this tire store and several others are closed. We would have been stuck in Forest City until Tuesday, instead we are back home in Charlotte today as we write this review..
