Great customer service by Dano and his team. He was knowledgeable and we really appreciate him getting a second opinion with their master mechanic on our car. Their master mechanic was able to efficiently diagnosed our brake/tire problem and fixed it. Rather than costing a great deal, it ended up being a quick fix. We greatly appreciate them helping us save money. This team makes sure they get the diagnoses right, help the customer save their money, and was efficient. We will definitely be back in the future.

Took my two year old up there with me to get brakes tires and alignment and I was so nervous. They have a toy box, dvds, kids table and changing table, it took 1 hour and 40 minutes but it wasn’t bad at all, they told me I didn’t actually need breaks which i appreciate the honesty

Laura provided an OUTSTANDING customer service experience for me from start to finish. She was knowledgeable, patient, and walked me the through the issues with my vehicle and gave me an accurate and fair assessment of work that needed to be done. She had strong knowledge of the financing options, as the repairs needed for me vehicle were close to $3,000, and I wouldn't have been able to pay that as a lump sum all at once. She even went above and beyond by giving me a ride home in her personal vehicle (5 minutes away) while they worked on my car so I wouldn't be stuck in the lobby for hours. I will definitely be back in the future thanks to her, and if she's not already a manager she should be.

Highly recommend! I needed a tire rotation, patch and alignment. Brian off the bat as I and another woman walking in was very nice, and professional! He chatted with us both, getting to know that he loves his job so much he drives an hour plus to service boiling springs was such a nice touch! As my car is on the lift he asks if I would like to see the condition of my brakes. Taking his time to explain and show the wear on the brakes and the tires was extraordinary. As a woman who hates taking her car to get looked at…. Brian never once made me feel bad for not knowing something or the condition my car was in. He never made a forceful upsell just a kindly suggestion and why I should consider it. In regards to other reviews, yes it is cold and yes you may wait awhile but the customer service was unbeatable.

I had an awesome experience at Mavis Tires and Brakes! Laura was super helpful and kept me in good spirits with her funny jokes. Her attitude was amazing and really made my day. I was feeling kind of stressed, but she totally lifted my spirits. If you go there, definitely ask for Laura! Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If I could give more I would 😃
