Mazda Thousand Oaks

Not a pleasant experience to buy a car from this dealer. I found the car online, 2021 Mazda cx-9 GT lease return with low miles, called the dealer for availability. I leave in a different state. (use to leave in Thousand oaks and bought 4 cars from this place in the past. Never had a problem before. Very bad communication from the sales person named Latham. I was pre-approved by my Credit union with all the paperwork in hands, I picked the car I want, we agreed on the price, and still it field like they don't want to sell the car(((. I had to chase them around LOL. Finally after talking the the sales manager I was able to finalize the deal. When I flew to LA and came to pick up the car, the car had a huge scratch on the hood that no one bother to tell me about. They simply told me what do you expect from the used car? Communication would be nice I said. Anyway it was a good deal and I liked the car. But i will never come back to Mazda of Thousand Oaks to buy another car.

We had a great experience with both our salesperson Ashton Hall and finance department rep Gabby. Everything was explained in detail, our questions were answered and we never felt rushed to make a decision. Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership.

Went in today to get my 4th car from this dealership. Definetly different then the other 3 times. Matt talked down to us. They also had FOX news and the innaguration blaring. It was so loud we had to shit the door so we could hear eachother talk. Politics doesn't belong in a car showroom. After I said something they didn't care and chuckled. We walked out. We went to a different Mazda dealer. In the works to get us the perfect new car at a great price and great attitude from the salesman and manager. Will never go back again to T.0 Mazda

Do not trust the sales or pre-owned vehicle sales team at Volkswagen or Mazda Thousand Oaks. I returned my VW lease with Mazda Thousand Oaks sales rep, Latham, who had taken my keys initially promising I owed nothing and there was no paperwork to be signed, which was false. They not only lied that I didn't owe any restocking fees, but they refused to give me proof of my return and reported my car returned to VW financing after the due date so I was hit with penalties I didn't know about, ultimately hurting my credit. When I told the sales manager, Seth Waskow, he promised they would resolve this, but never did and 3 months have gone by. Based on this, I would not do any business with them. Both dealerships (VW and Mazda) are owned by The Browning Auto Group.
