Mazur's has gone above and beyond any business I have any ever encountered. I feel like a part of the family whenever I have needed service; which has been often over the past year. When it comes to needing multiple repairs on your high mileage primary family vehicle, it can be stressful and costly. Mazur's (in particular Howard, Dave, Troy, Ken) have made our vehicle safe for me and my family once again. They are fair, honest, respectful and helpful at every opportunity; even providing loaner vehicles several times. They do not take advantage or overcharge for repairs. Our latest services needed were urgent and numerous. The team went far beyond anything we could have hoped for to keep us affordably and safely on the road. As a South Lyon resident, I am proud and grateful to have a local business who takes care of their community in the way Mazur's has taken care of me and my family. Everything was great! No pushy upgrade. Offered to fix exactly what was wrong. I asked about bringing the car up to proper maintenance schedule and received an item by item list I could pick and choose from with prices. Front staff was kind and professional. Mazur's is the best!!

I took my car to Mazur’s because they had a very generous oil change coupon. I had only expected an oil change but they did a very thorough check of my car and, as a 2017 Ford Explorer with just over 100,000 miles, and with a number of routine maintenance type services up-to-date, they found a number of critical-type things that needed to be addressed. I made an appointment for the services and they were all completed in one day. I had been noticing some hesitation in my transmission for a while and a Ford dealer in Florida thought it was a torque converter issue. Howard suggested the car might only need to have a transmission flush, which was performed. I have not experienced the hesitation since. I definitely recommend Mazur’s for automotive work. Howard was especially good to work with.

I am a very happy repeat client. Mazur provides a thorough review of your entire vehicle with pictures and helpful descriptions. The workmanship is always excellent and so is the communication. Troy/Dave in the office take great care of me.

I made an appointment two days prior for an oil change. The folks at Mazur’s were professional and prompt. My car was ready within an hour. Their wait room is clean and had complimentary coffee and tea. Overall experience was great and highly recommend this place.
