McDonald's Towing & Garage llc

This was the most impressive and customer-focused experience I’ve ever had with a car repair shop. My car had lost almost all power as I entered Hocking Hills for Thanksgiving, and we arrived at our rental cabin with a mostly disabled vehicle. I called McDonald’s Towing and they promptly came out and towed the car to their shop. They quickly identified the issue: a bad ignition coil. The coil needed for this car is not common, and difficult to find, but they bent over backwards to get one in the shop, sending someone 2 hours away to get the only one available in Ohio! While I waited in their guest area, watching TV, I was treated to soda, donuts, and they even ordered me a pizza! The coil arrived, they installed it within minutes of arrival, and I was on my way, the engine running perfectly. The amount of focus and care on my situation was truly remarkable, especially given that it was Thanksgiving weekend, and these are some of the kindest and most amazing people you could hope to meet in a situation like this. Just a stellar experience all around.

Hands down incredible! We were traveling through Ohio to Indiana in our motorhome and blew out the driver side dualy tires. No one would help, one even showed up and then left saying it can't be done without a semi. After getting there Daniel didn't stop until he found a solution. They drove over an hour to help and even drove us to fix our tires. We were stranded for 11 hours with no one to help and he is the only one who did. Daniel stayed there with us for a few hours and got us back on the road. We are so thankful for Daniel and his partner Jerry. This is truly a remarkable company. It's rare to find a company like this. They did not give up. Even when we thought it wouldn't work they sat with us until we came up with a solution. This is 100% the best service we have ever experienced. No words can really explain how greatful we are for them.

I got my car stuck in the snow on a hill on a driveway slid down into a creek along side the driveway. Daniel arrived quickly explained what was happening got me hooked up and pulled my car out very quickly. He was very professional, kind, caring and got us on our way quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Took my car there for the brakes the first time they charged me $45 and did not.fix them. I took it back several weeks later for the brakes again and oil change and radiator replacement. I furnished the oil the oil filter the radiator and antifreeze. I was quoted$210 to$28 when I went to pick up my car it was$424. And I still have no brakes I would not recommend them to anyone.I didn't even make it home before they went completely out. I have now gotten them fixed Cost me $30 . . This is the brake shoe on the passenger rare.
