So I was going away on a trip and I was conducting last minute inspections on my vehicle. For some reason I put too much oil in my oil tank and my vehicle started smoking from the mufflers. And it would not move. It was a Sunday and I called 6 different Auto Shop but no one answered. On the 7th try I got Ivan who also does towing. He travelled to my location hooked my vehicle up took it to the shop and drained out the excess engine oil out the valve underneath the vehicle. He was very professional, courteous and honest. Honest and straight forward.. The owner took time to test drive and listen to my concerns about transmission noise..He saved a semi truck driver/owner operator from the dealer trying to scam a transmission install over a loose clutch fork making a knocking sound... Much appreciated.. Wish there were more guys like this in Vermont!

My car broke down on 135 North Sunday evening over Labor Day weekend. Ford Motor company failed to honor my service agreement as they could not find a tow truck company. I called nearly a dozen tow trucks who claimed to be open on google myself. Only one called back. It was Ivan from R&C. From the fact that he returned a missed call (I had not left a VM) to he quick and attentive communication by text to his eventual arrival and kindness and care he helped turn what was a very difficult evening with my son stuck on the highway into a manageable one. Our car was packed with bags and bikes on a rack and I was worried how we might manage to get ourselves and our items home. Ivan drove us to the nearest Ford Dealership which ended up closed with no way to safely leave the car on their lot. Ivan offered to keep the car and deliver it promptly when the dealership opened this morning. When I called him around 9am to ask he deliver it he immediately messaged me with a video that it was already done. No amount of tips can express my gratitude to Ivan for his caring support in a tough situation. He was kind, funny, affable and incredibly trustworthy. My son and I enjoyed our conversation along the way. And when at the dealership he went above and beyond to help us unpack our car and load it into an Uber (who was equally kind). I would HIGHLY recommend Ivan and R&C Towing for their exceptional service and support.

The Guy that was sent was super nice and helpful , arrived 5 min after I called , unfortunately he couldn’t tow my car because something was wrong with the back tire but helped me get the help I needed!!! Will definitely use their services available and recommend it to others as well

They are very efficient. I called for a flatbed pickup. The price was reasonable and the driver arrived within 20 minutes. I am very impressed.
