Was in town for Thanksgiving and had an issue on the way up with my car. My sister had been here and recommended I stop by to get the car checked out. The problem was spotted almost immediately, luckily being a tire issue on tires I'd already been looking to replace soon. Had some quotes for a quick, cheap replacement, but honestly said I may be able to get a better deal on new tires, which was likely true. There was nothing charged just to take a look on a lift. If it had been something more in depth or I was around longer, I would feel comfortable having repairs done here just off this short interaction. I appreciate the help!

Lifesaver! Yesterday (Saturday) higher up the mountain my tire started going flat. I pulled in hoping to find air to get me in to Hendo. No auto/tire service open but a friendly woman staffing the store pulled out a Plug-in air pump from her own car and made sure my tire was fully inflated before she would let me touch a thing. And she repeatedly refused the cash I tried to give her! I’ve driven by this place dozens of times. But now I will stop and shop!

Honest and reasonably priced. I drive 45 minutes from North Asheville to patronize them. They have saved me so much money on second opinions versus the corporate mechanics that I just visit them first now. My cars always run great after they work in them. The best!
