After being down for over 5 hours with no shows and the wrong type of tow truck, our Good Sam Club finally got us someone that could tow us. This husband and wife team were tired, it was late, dark, yet they came to our rescue and towed our motor home to our mechanics for us. They worked very well as a team and we were so grateful. My family and I suffered a no-start condition in our diesel motorhome. I contacted my nation-wide roadside assistance company and requested a mobile mechanic. After being told there weren’t any in the area we were in, they contacted McJack’s to tow me to a repair facility in Lima, OH. I was then called by Tim from McJack’s, who asked me if I would like for one of his mechs to come out first with a service truck to see if it could be repaired on site. I jumped at the opportunity. Kenny, the mech, arrived shortly thereafter and determined i needed a new starter. A starter was located, and a couple of hours later my motorhome fired up better than new. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are customer focused and very professional. I highly, highly recommend them to anyone who needs help in a tight spot.

Super super service. Broke down on boat ramp and they were here in no time. And was able to actually put linkage back on my truck. They were awesome 👍👍👍

Managed to get my tractor trailer stuck in a pretty bad situation tonight. Gave these guys a call and they had a wrecker and a crew onsite within 30 minutes and had me out in no time at all and with no damage to speak of.. i couldnt have been happier with the service. The owner Tim is a cool kat to BS with as well.. 5 stars w.o a doubt in my mind...

These guys helped finish delivering a load and recovered my tractor after a breakdown. Had the truck towed to my repair facility and the load delivered in under 2hrs. Fantastic service and knowledgeable people. Many Thanks !!
