McQueen auto and tire is a wonderful family owned auto shop who truly cares about its customers and is very reasonable with their pricing. Riley truly jumped through hoops for getting my break pads from the ford dealership. Got me an appointment the next week even though having to order parts, and had my car ready in 3 hours. Very friendly and amazing experience. Will definitely be recommending and going back when my ford has future problems, which god knows it will.

Riley was able to get me scheduled on my earliest convenient day, and with that, had my car ready well before noon! I appreciate that, and the fact that this shop will work with aftermarket parts (as long as they’re new and unused, I would assume). I had purchased brakes and rotors from Summit Racing, and Riley was able to slap them on and break them in for me for a great price! You guys rock, and thanks for the quick response to the online inquiry! 🤘

I've been using Riley for my tires for several years now. I am so excited that his business has been able to grow! He always finds me the best deals. Also, he is incredibly trustworthy and has always been up front and honest. I have referred several people to him and they always share with me how positive of anexperience it was and that doesn't happen often with regards to car maintenance!

I had an amazing experience at McQueen, and I can't recommend it enough! It’s rare to find an auto shop that really cares about its customers. Riley was super communicative, professional, and got the work done quickly. He fixed one of the most notorious problems with Subarus perfectly. I love supporting local businesses, and this is one you definitely don’t want to miss, whether you’ve got a small issue or a big repair!

I was looking for a small family own shop in Hilliard to do my Automotive work. I found McQueen Tire & Auto LLC on Google. I called and spoke to the owner Riley. After speaking to him just a few minutes I new I had found my location shop to work on my cars and trucks. He was very professional, he went over everything. What would be done, give me a day to pick my own time. Was very flexible. Today he installed my two inch leveling struts on my truck. Riley gave me a time line and said if anything changes he would let me know. Well everything want well and he called me and told me my truck was ready for pick up. So if you are looking for a small shop that takes pride in customer service McQueen Tire & Auto LLC is the shop for you. I will be taken all my work there. Someone that cares about you and stands behind his work is what I was looking for and found it with McQueen. Thanks Riley for making me feel good and that someone still cares about customer service. You guys are awesome.
