Called right after open in the morning to confirm I could have my car towed to their location—gentleman on the phone was nice and ensured I understood everything. After getting my car there, I received regular updates by text regarding the progress of my inspection and received a detailed and comprehensive report written in understandable terms of the various things that were wrong with my car. Although I ended up only replacing my battery and saving the rest of the maintenance for a different mechanic, price of the battery and installation was fair considering the current market. Service was quick and the fellow at the register when I came to pick my car up got me in and out quickly. Recommend for anyone in the Murray/Calloway area.

We were visiting our son at Murray State for the weekend, we noticed his car was smoking. We took it immediately to the store that agent we spoke with at the store was fantastic and making sure he could get his car in quickly. When they called the following Monday, he was very detailed with what they had to do to fix the problem, I believe the price was extremely fair, And while he promised the car would be ready on Tuesday, it was ready late Monday afternoon. I will recommend that to all other college parents whose kid may need help.

Great experience. They did an inspection on my front end. They sent over a detailed estimate. They also sent a link that had videos of them inspecting each component and it showed the ball joints and tie rods were worn. It is nice to know they are not a place that would just throw unneeded parts at it. People in the office were very friendly.

Had a scheduled appointment with work van. Parts and service were paid for up front by company. Got there and was in waiting room for over 4 hours. Multiple customers came and left with their vehicles as mine sat on rack. 4 tires and rear brakes. Then I leave with van and the vibration was terrible. Took it to another shop and tires weren't balanced correctly. They balanced and drives great now. This shop is terrible or at least managed bad. And obviously one tech that doesn't know how to balance new tires. Will never go back...

WARNING do not trust these guys with your vehicle. I took my 2015 truck in for an oil change and 2 weeks later the low oil level light came on. It was 2 quarts low. My truck has never used any oil between changes from brand new. Also if you are a woman beware, they tried to sell my wife on a bunch of stuff that was Bull.
