I order two new tires, which were installed. It took them 1 hour to put them on. I was wondering why in the heck my car was still wobbling after new tires have been installed. I checked my tires and noticed that the weights on my rims are gone. They didn’t even informed me regarding this. Nor did I ever authorize for them to take the weights off my rims. Now I have to pay more money to get my tires balanced. This is for my BMW 328i. I would leave them NO STARS! 😔 so disappointed. I also called and no answer couldn’t leave a voicemail.🤬

I ordered my tires through Fixgo. Which was a smooth process. My my experience at Meineke was not the best. They told me my lug nuts were in bad condition so it would take longer to replace my tires. I made an appointment @11 and it took just over 3hrs to change 4 tires. I understand if their short or behind but they could communicate better which they didn't.

They were very nice and courteous. They helped me get my daughters car ready to leave for college ( up north) . Make sure she is safe and ready for her long drives . I have been coming few years and have been bringing my other cars too. Thank you !!!
