I have been a long standing customer and have seen multiple change of managers and owners over the years at this location (at least 4 or 5). But I have been lucky to always have a positive experience every time i have gone in and I have gotten some of my custom off road work done here too. My recent experience with Jon, the new manager, was no exception. There were some mistake that happened probably because of miscommunication or misunderstanding of the request. But Jon made it right. Good to see the tradition of good customer service continues with the new team.

I can’t recommend this Meineke location enough! I needed my brakes changed and they were able to fit me into their schedule at the last minute, which was a huge relief. Every time I need something done for my car, I always come here because they provide such reliable and professional service. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. I trust them completely with my car, and I’m always impressed by how efficiently they get the job done. Five stars!

When I first moved to the Bay, I compared oil changes between four mechanics and have been coming to this one ever since. Benny and his team were best priced and have great service. So far they've helped me with tires, engine issues, filters, and lights, and my car has been running smoothly. They're also in a nice quiet location. I've been able to work at the office or shop and eat at the nearby mall while waiting for the car. All around good experience

I recently took my car to this Meineke car care center for the 90k miles service, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience.
