This is an owner operated facility, and it appears to be nearly brand new. What I like about them, is that they appear to be very honest, and the cleanliness, of the shop is reflected in their work,. I booked an appointment out, 4 weeks, in order to get a fluid flush, and in addition, an alignment done, I arrive, on time and I said by the way, could you please, top off the fluids and check the brakes. My surprise, I had to wait, an additional 40 minutes, for the pickup. Wish I had known about that advance, the 40-point checkup, that they do and I'm using 40 points, with flexibility, they do the most comprehensive analysis of all the things in your car from the quality of the oils and the fluids, to things that I had not considered, I went to a dealer, the dealer's rate, was $220 an hour, the end result is the they provide a very high quality service. I was incredibly pleased with the work they did, the way I was treated, ... They're very busy, and booking an appointment in advance, shows big dividends, but do allow, an additional period of time, for their multi-point analysis of the entire car, it's the most thorough evaluation that I've ever seen by mechanical institution, that's why I'm giving them a five stars.

I was road tripping around new mexico and had a wheel bearing issue. I called to see what they had available and they got me in within 2 days. The building and crew there are top notch. I was living out of my car on this trip. After finding the issue, they found my wheel bearing was frozen in. It took many hrs for them to get it out, doing everything possible to save other parts from being replaced. I had to stay the night in town, and the owner brought me to my hotel and offered to pick me up. They kept me updated the whole time, and worked with me to make a fair price for all their extra time they had into it. Very impressed with the owners, crew, service and building. They treated me like family and I'm greatful for that because car issues on a road trip are never fun. Thanks for the amazing experience, which is not always the case with repair places. Go to these guys, you will be in great hands.

We went in to Meineke for an oil change after previously had our vehicle inspected by a dealership service department a few months ago. The dealership “found nothing” however Meineke did and was able to save us potentially having a larger issue. They ended up finding a major leak. It was so great to receive photos, and detailed explanations as to what they found, and options. Martin and Billy were both great with communication, and understanding with all of my questions. We’ll definitely be sharing our great experience with others! We’re grateful to have found Meineke.

Took way too long to inspect my vehicle. I had an appointment for brakes and it took 3hrs just to inspect. Then they tried to take advantage of me and WAY over charge for front brake replacement and rotors. I use to love this place. I won’t be returning.

I book an appointment to fix lane change signals and one of the windows motor for my Hyundai santa fe 2007 on the middle of December 2024. I took the car to the shop, and a guy inspected the car. He called the dealer for part but he was told that they don't carry this part anymore. The technician told me that he will search for used or aftermarket part and let me know when the part is available. I waited for about 5 days but didn't receive a call from Meineke, so I called the shop. The person who picked up the phone told me that the technician who saw my car is not in the shop today and he will leave a message for him to call me back. Nobody called me back. Is this the service that we expect from Meineke! I am very disappointed with this type of service.
