*Update* 23rd September 2024, I received a call from the manager of the store as he wanted to make my repair right. He talked to me about what had happened and assured me that he will fix the problem if it was their fault, he got my car towed at his expense and went over and beyond in his service to get my car up and running in great shape. Manager Hussain did a fantastic job of turning a bad experience into a lifelong customer. *Old* What should I say about these guys, I went in reading all the great reviews and was expecting great value. On Saturday, 21st September, I called these guys beforehand and wanted to get my alternator replaced. They quoted a competitive price and I got it done same day. I picked my car up and everything looked fine from the "outside". But a horrible experience was awaiting me. I parked my car on the driveway to get the battery charged up after the alternator replacement and went inside. I had to run outside after 20 mins because the neighbors were banging my door as my car was emitting a dense white smoke and there was coolant all over my driveway leaking from my car. I turned the car off and popped the hood open to see that the coolant cap was missing and the coolant was leaking as it could not go in the radiator. I called Meineke and these guys were closing in 10 minutes and my extreme frustration on a dangerous situation was just sidelined by the following words "We did not do it, just get a cap from autozone its just 10$ or you can bring it to us and we'll take a look". That's it. Look at what? You guys missed/loosened the coolant cap and all the coolant overflowed on my driveway, the whole car was up in dense smoke, my neighbors were worried that the car was gonna catch fire. Overall a significant disaster on my first visit just because of their negligence and absolutely no sense of accountability at all. They could've atleast been supportive of the situation which these guys were absolutely not. Just look at the pictures and decide for yourself.

Outstanding, service oriented shop. Changed my battery. One year later, the battery died. (Turns out, the battery was deficient and no fault of theirs.) They not only replaced it for free but also paid for towing my vehicle into their shop.

Went in for a small checkup with a rattling noise not knowing exactly what it was and was taken care of and out an hour later. The customer service by Maggie was great and professional. Price was fair. Would recommend.

Crap service did not even look at my actual problem. Did not check my transmission fluid and lied about checking it. Charged me $130 for labor that was not even done. Gtm Automotive checked my fluids right and set me up knowing I have a guy that can help me out for only $30. If you needed a trusted guy, go to GTM Automotive. They did so much and quickly got back with me on my car needs.
