The starter motor in my truck stopped working so I had to have it towed to the shop.I got there a little late , so I thought I would have to leave my truck overnight. I was told that it would only take 90 minutes to fix and I would be on my way. I was so grateful to get it done so quickly. The mechanics in that shop are awesome. Thank you for a job well done.

I was referred by another mechanic and it was the BEST experience! After being taken advantage of for so many years by my mechanic it was such a refreshing experience. Frank was amazing! He was kind, accommodating and efficient! He did everything that I asked and my car feels brand new! Meineke you have a new customer! Thank you so much!

They always courteous and professional. I locked myself out my car and they sprung into action. Needless to say they unlocked my door without the key. I like coming to this shop. The guys here are top notch. I recommend this meineke to everyone.

Negative Star! Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Service Experience at Meineke Dear Management Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received at your Meineke location on 4050 Boston Road in the Bronx on Saturday, March 16th. Upon contacting your establishment to inquire about an oil change for my 2019 Honda CRV, I spoke with Manager Frank Parascondola. Initially, the conversation seemed promising as we discussed the pricing for synthetic blend and full synthetic oil changes. However, upon arrival, I was surprised to find that the final cost differed significantly from what was communicated over the phone. Despite my attempts to clarify the discrepancy, I was met with dismissiveness and was ultimately overcharged for the service. Furthermore, my dissatisfaction continued when I discovered that the oil change had been performed hastily, resulting in damage to the lower guard shield of my vehicle. This negligence not only compromised the integrity of my car but also posed a safety risk while driving. When I returned to your establishment on March 26th to address this issue, I was met with further disappointment. The manner in which the situation was handled by Manager Frank Parascondola and the mechanics was unprofessional and disrespectful. Not only was there a lack of accountability for the initial oversight, but the subsequent mishandling of my vehicle only exacerbated the problem. The suggestion to discard the damaged part without consideration for its necessity was particularly concerning and indicative of a disregard for customer satisfaction. I am deeply disappointed by the level of service and lack of professionalism demonstrated at your establishment. As a loyal customer who has frequented Meineke for automotive needs, this experience has left me questioning the integrity of your organization. I expect a resolution that includes both reimbursement for the unnecessary expenses incurred and the provision of a replacement part for the damage caused to my vehicle. I trust that you will address this matter promptly and take appropriate measures to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I took my SUV to get 4 new tires on 8//25/24! Frank was awesome, the waiting time wasn’t long! Within a few hours I received a call that I was good to go!! My tires looks and feels good! Pricing was affordable and they offer coupons also!! Give them a try before you try the others!!!
