I had a rear tire issue on/off for about a week. I couldn't figure out what it was. I was driving by, and decided to stop in to see if they could suggest something-..sensor, cold weather.. They found a 2" roofing screw flush with the inside tread. And they fixed it in a timely manner. I wouldn't have seen it unless I lifted the vehicle up. Friendly, very professional, excellent customer service!! Something that is seriously lacking in too many establishments nowadays..I will definitely go back on purpose next time I need any service! Well done!

They are so great!!!! They found a GIANT live rabbit in my engine bay, they helped me get him out without hurting him at all, they were super funny and it was a crazy experience. It will definitely be one we talk about for a while, and the work was amazing my car is running smooth.

My visit to Meineke was great! Even being in the waiting room was lovely. The staff are very friendly and made sure that I was informed about potential upcoming concerns. There wasn't an oversell experience, just to keep this in your mind type of explanation. They even informed me of some issues with my tires. So to top it all off, I then walked to Discount Tire and when my car was done at Meineke, they brought my car to Discount Tire, letting me to go ahead and get on the schedule for new tires. I am very pleased with how my car was handled and how I was treated. Definitely recommend using Meineke for oil changes and pretty much anything else. Danny is great and definitely a person you want to be around if you're waiting for your car!

These guys are lifesavers!!! Danny, who is like the ultimate director of everything, really is a jack of all trades and manages the front end of the business like an absolute rock star! He’s 10/10 professional, knowledgeable, helpful, no nonsense and has excellent people skills! I've been to so many other places where I've gotten so much run around and maybe you also need to replace this, and that, and then some other thing... You really get what you pay for and it's worth every penny you will spend here! They have great customer service and are very timely and efficient! They don’t surprise you with hidden charges or give you the runaround. I actually discovered these guys sort of by accident. I bought some replacement parts at the shop next door and was attempting to do a minor repair in the parking lot next door myself but I had recently had surgery and was really struggling. Danny and one of his chief mechanics could tell I was struggling and actually came over and asked me if I needed anything and genuinely seemed to care. That’s just exceptionally rare these days. Fast forward a couple months later and I had two other businesses tell me I needed a new alternator. I decided to bring it to Meineke. They ran diagnostics, then showed me the diagnostics, and proved that I didn’t need a new alternator. They saved me a lot of money! The problem turned out to be a parasitic drain on the battery. Fast forward to today, I've brought my vehicle in for at least a dozen repairs so far. They don't try to upsell or con you. They are very professional and always do great work! You'll certainly have plenty of peace of mind when you bring your vehicle here. I don't write a lot of reviews but these guys have just done such great work every time I brought my vehicle in that I had to write a good review! 5/5 Stars 100%!!! 💯💯
