Meineke Car Care Center

Glad I met the guys here! I'm new to the area down here and it's daunting and time consuming to find a mechanic you can trust, but these guys have my business going forward! During my repairs, I was brought out to the garage to physically see what was wrong and they explained in detail what was needed and what the process would look like. They did NOT deviate from this process at all. I was updated the whole time as to how it was going all the way until they finished! Overall, the service was great (shoutout Ross and the Mechanic), they worked with me on options as far as costs to keep it within my budget and I left in way better shape than when I entered. Keep it up Guys!

I contacted this location to help with a pre-sale car inspection. They were great! I felt like the inspection was both comprehensive and economical; the report they generate is filled with photos, and covers things I couldn't catch. With their help, I was able to negotiate a reasonable deal with the seller, and felt more confident in the car I was getting. Thank you, Meineke!

Best mechanics ever! They take pictures of the issues in your car so that you can see them even if you're not there. They also have amazing customer service, great updated payment methods through web, and super fast completion! My car turned out great even with how old it is and they took their time explaining things to me I was unsure about. Love this place thank you so much for all of your patience and help!

Jason and the crew at Meineke were great. We are 7 hours away from our child and they were having car issues. Meineke worked to dx the problem, and even worked to transfer the car to another Meineke that had an electrical mechanic to recheck it for us and ensure all was good. We were kept in contact with and less than a week later, our kid had a functioning car again. Though the Arden and Asheville Meineke is a bit far from WCU (a lot further than we thought) we will make sure we use Meineke in some fashion in the future! Great service, great communication, and a lot less anxiety for these parents! Thank you guys!

The first time, I tried this Meineke on Fairview because it was so convenient. Right there off 240. But then I went back because they were good to my car and they were good to me. Solid work and really fair customer service. More than just fair...they've gone out of their way more than once. So I've been going back ever since. It's been seven years now, I haven't regretted it once and don't expect I ever will.
