Truly wonderful customer service. Manners, humor, transparency, accountability, high quality service! Gary and Corey and all the others were kind to me an every customer they worked with in person and on the phone. I had time waiting for my car to be sitting facing their front desk and I felt very comfortable. Highly recommend this particular location. I had a set of tires put on my car here and an oil change. Thank you gentlemen for your integrity!

These Gentlemen are the best. My radiator was broken. I’m from out of town. Gary fixed my car in a couple of hours. I’m so thankful for him. I was leaving town the next day. He didn’t half to help me but he did. Great customer service, and great prices. Thank you so much.

These people were amazing! I live in Raleigh and had to get back. I wasn’t able to get my car fixed here but I wish I could have. The people explained to me what was going on and told me they would help me in anyway possible. They even tried their best to find the parts so I wouldn’t have to wait to get to Raleigh to get it fixed. I wouldn’t really trust these guys to work on my car and know that I’m safe. I really appreciate the way they treated me. Both the guy in the office and the mechanic!

​Could not recommend this place more! I live in the mountains, have had three different cars, and have been to numerous repair shops and dealerships for various services and mechanical work(good to bad). My car recently developed coolant issues and deteriorating plastic-based parts due to over-heating. Thankfully, I found this place. I asked them to diagnose an oil leak after I noticed it during a transmission fluid exchange. They performed a dye diagnostic for free and tried to fix the issue twice. The first attempt was the less expensive option, but it turned out the repair required a more costly fix. Cody (front desk) and John (mechanic) were awesome. John had experience with this very difficult repair, and Cody was extremely easy to work with. Overall, my car is fixed, and it runs better than ever!

One of my best experiences with an auto repair shop. They were super nice and upfront about my repair being cheaper to fix at the dealership. Even tho they were not able to help me out this time, I most definitely will be coming back for repairs in the future.
