I think I have found my car care place. I was so happy that they got my car back to me in one day. The work that they did is “top notch,” and the team is very personable. I love this place, and I will be bringing my car to them from now on.

I want to start by saying this review is not meant to be bashful, but I would like to share my experience with this shop, which was overall positive, with a few hiccups. I took my 2018 Subaru cross trek in for a tire swap. Got the car back, tires looked good, everything was fine. A couple weeks later I went to change the brake pads on the car and one wheel had a cross threaded lug nut which meant I couldn’t remove the one wheel to change the brake pads. I took the car back, and they replaced the damaged stud and lug nut without much hassle on my end. A couple weeks after this, I went to replace the brake pad on that wheel and found a different lug nut was cross threaded and thus not removable. I promptly went in the next morning and the desk person was very understanding and assured me they’d take care of it. Within a couple hours I got the car back and immediately went to change the brake pad again. This time they had corrected the issue, and I was able to remove the wheel without issue. Overall, customer service was great from beginning to end, and they made right on their mistake so I commend them for that. However, I hope this review is a motivator for them to be more diligent with lug nut installation going forward. Thanks Meineke for being honest and making things right.

Never had an issue since I started going there for regular oil changes for my mercedes!!! Efficient and timely... they also contact with estimates before they perform anything... text messages when your car is done!!!! and I'm not talking drop off in the morning then call me at 5🤬.....they are fast!! and efficient trust me!!! USAF VET....

First, I really appreciate the ability to make an appointment rather than being first come, first serve. I came in for my appointment about 8:00, and by 8:30 I had a diagnosis and cost to repair. The parts were ordered and the repair was done that afternoon. While I was waiting, a gentleman came in dressed in a suit and tie, obviously on his way to work or something important. He had a flat tire, but was not a regular customer. Within 20 minutes, Meineke had found the nail, let him know it was not repairable, and even though he elected to take his car to his regular shop, they filled it with air and sent him on his way with no charge. Classy operation.

Brought my truck in for oil change. The service was so fast and $40 cheaper than body shop down the road. Service was nice
