I have always come here for my oil changes and inspections, but after my recent visit on 12/2, I feel compelled to leave this 1-star review in the hopes that they improve their practices. During this visit, I brought my own oil and wiper blades. I had an oil change, inspection, and wiper blade replacement done. The mechanic changed the oil, installed their own oil filter, and passed the inspection. However, the very next day, while driving to Connecticut, my car displayed a “low oil pressure” warning, and the engine began making loud noises. I had to get my car towed to a nearby mechanic, only to discover that the “O” ring on the oil filter was improperly installed. This mistake forced me to replace the filter and buy new oil, costing me additional time and money. If the mechanic had conducted a thorough check, this issue could have been completely avoided. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and expect better quality control from a shop I’ve trusted in the past.

Thank You Vinny & guys here that did my truck. I had a modified exhaust system which to loud. Had it changed to a more convenient sound. I bought all parts & more to install. I did not need some of & Vinny saved me a lot of $. !!!! I would definitely recommend coming here & will continue to come back for future work. Thank you so much !!!

Amazing!! I would highly recommend to anyone, I felt so taken care of and just all around appreciated and safe driving my vehicle away once they did my inspection for me and told me all about my jeep and what I should know. It’s rare to find such respect and genuine people and quality care…so happy I trusted my jeep with them won’t go anywhere else and will recommend everyone I know. Unmatched!

Surprised with fast service and price. Went for heating issue, clogged pipe needed to be flushed cost $168 with tax. Dave was helpful explained and answered my questions. UPDATED unfortunately 2 stars because i noticed antifreeze leaking after couple of days in these freezing weather i didn’t use my heat worried about overheating. Went after 2 1/2 weeks due to work schedule now i need a new radiator which will cost me around $800 and before i asked over you checked everything no leaks nothing broken i was assured everything is good just needed to be flushed . Well definitely isn’t that case I lost $168 plus $800 im gonna have to pay to get the radiator fix. Very frustrating and stressful

I recently detected an exhaust leak on my truck, and needed to find a shop to get it fixed. I had driven by this Meineke location many times, so I looked to see if I could get an appointment. I booked online and dropped off my vehicle the next morning. I was greeted by the friendly staff on arrival. I explained the problem and they said they’d get it up on the lift right away. I was extremely pleased when I got a call 2 hours later with an estimate which was less than I expected. The work was completed before lunch and I was on my way. I definitely recommend Vinny and his crew at Meineke Yonkers.

I highly recommend this shop. Always courteous and polite. Vinny, Tony, Dave, Chris, Ramon, Scott - never met a nicer group when it comes to repair shops. I've NEVER gone home after having a repair done only to find something else wrong the next day (which had happened quite a bit in the past with other places). This is my car's permanent home for repairs!

Just went here due to my car has check engine light related to thermostat. Tony took care of it wonderfully. He called the dealer and ordered the part right away. Best mechanical shop ever, I definitely would come again for car services in the future.
