Meineke Car Care Repair & Smog

Had a horrible experience on my very first visit. I took my 2020 kia soul in for an oil change the people were friendly but the technician some how managed to spill oil all over the engine bay and down the front of the car.. there was even oil on my sunroof? He didn't mention that fact that there was a mishap filling my car with oil just said ok your all set. Maybe this is a common thing here. I noticed oil all over the hood as I was walking to my car and i was like what the? Opened the hood and couldn't believe the mess I found. From the radiator to wiper tray the entire left side of the engine was covered in oil. I won't be back.

very overpriced. they charged me $160 for doing something that AutoZone does for free which is a simple diagnosis. and then once I got the diagnosis I paid $260 more on top of that for them to get my check engine light to go off and it only went off for not even a full 24 hours before coming back on.

We visited Meineke on September 2 to have an oil change and to check on a warning light for the rear top-mounted brake light. The charge for the oil change was $55.60, which I found to be very pricy, and the charge for the center brake light was $36.35, which I thought was outrageous. As far as I know, the oil change was done properly, but less than a month and a half later, the warning light went back on. When we took the car in on October 14, they took no responsibility for the fact that it did not work. They quoted a price of an additional $150 for "diagnostics", but if had them do the work (again), it would be reduced to $75. That's $111 to change a light bulb that isn't even legally required! This is unacceptable, and I must recommend that consumers avoid this shop.

They gave me a great price on new tires, did an oil change, new windshield wipers and checked over my car and took care of everything for me. My headlight covers were so clouded over that my headlights were practically worthless. They cleaned and shined them up better than new! I was astonished! They are professional, courteous, honest and kind. They offer very reasonable prices. This is the first time I have used them....friends had referred me to them. I won't go anywhere else in the future!

Nice auto shop. They did the oil change, in half hour as promised. They are professional and very courteous. Prices are good as well. I'll come back for more work that I need to be done on my Mercedes SUV.
