They've made the process for scheduling service and picking up my vehicle so easy. It's an easy check-in/check-out process with no time wasted. They even sent me a thorough video walk-through of my vehicle as it was under maintenance. Highly recommend scheduling services with them.

Never had issue with getting my car serviced here. Until today, a little disappointed. Got my car back from service and my sunglasses, kids emergency milk and milk bottle were missing. They were placed in the driver and passenger door cubby, definitely not in the way considering it was just a regular service.

This was my first service appointment with Mercedes and unfortunately it left me so frustrated and disappointed. I've worked with Volvo, Lexus, Audi, BMW and Porsche and I've never had a service appointment like this one. We made the appointment under the pretense that my tires were included as part of the service package that we had purchased, The service person that we spoke to when making the appointment confirmed that it was included when I leased my car and when I got there, I was told that it was not, and the service manager said that he would review the audio from that call just to see what we had been told. Ironically, he could not find that audio, but found another one that was a follow up phone call, which did not include what she had said. Needless to say, I had to pay for all four tires, which I was not expecting, I ended up spending way longer there than I should have, which meant declining a car wash and I came home with this white goo all over my rims. They would not give me a ride back home because of a 2 mile difference in their 10 mile allowance, but on my phone call when I was making the appointment. I asked if I could have a ride back home to my home address and she confirmed that I would. I had also asked about why my key was not working and it turned out to be a battery issue and when I asked if the battery can be changed, I was told that it's a $10 battery, given the type of service and day I had with them and spent $1700 on four tires. You would think that they wouldn't be tacky and mention a $10 battery but here it is. Needless to say this is probably the last car I'm going to get from Mercedes. This is not what I was expecting.

Had my EQE here for service. First of all, significantly better than Glendale Benz. Second, super clean and great communication. Third, Kai and Mike Marsh were great and took care of my issues. Thanks again! Highly recommend this dealership and service department.
